At Chokhi Bindani, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and unwashed.
- Product must be in its original condition.
- Original tags and packaging should be intact.
- The item should not be damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product has been used or washed.
- Tags have been removed.
- Product is damaged due to misuse.
- Return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product.
